Mainly attracted here for its flaming fish but their taste was good as well.For the drink, I ordered the Chocolate Souffle. Actually, its hot chocolate with a thick layer of milk foam rising above the cup, making it resemble a souffle.The flaming halibut came. Looking aesthetically stunning, it tasted good as well. For my friend who doesn't like fish, he also still enjoyed this dish. The sauce was rich and the skin was fried just right. However, I guess they thought the flaming part will heat up

 The flaming halibut came. Looking aesthetically stunning, it tasted good as well. For my friend who doesn't like fish, he also still enjoyed this dish. The sauce was rich and the skin was fried just right. However, I guess they thought the flaming part will heat up the sauce, the sauce was a bit cold compared to the fish. Otherwise this dish would have been a star.

 The chicken roll was a great surprise to me. Despite looking plain. it was tender and juicy. Moreover, this dish was hot overall, which is quite important for any dish.

 As you can see how big this souffle is, either share it with more people. If there is only 2 of you, order less main just like us did. Besides the size, I would say there is no big surprise but it was a good dessert nonetheless.
题外话/补充资料： Hope the flaming halibut can be hotter next time
