为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

Very disappointed- remember visited this restaurant long time ago, food and service were 5 stars. Just so happen, BOC credit card doing promotion, very few selections of food - both seafood and hot , they even serve minced pork 蒸肉饼 and 红肠, how can a five stars hotel restaurant serve something like these. If not for the promotion, doesn't worth the price.
