Typical local eatery, with a selection of breakfast options, for an average $40 you can get a multitude of food/drink.I was tempted by its inclusion of freshly baked goods - not a lot of the new age tea houses have this built in now. I was tempted by its inclusion of freshly baked goods - not a lot of the new age tea houses have this built in now. My meal came with a rather disappointing dry raisin bun with a lack of butter. You also do not get the option to swap it out with a different type of bun either, so if you hate raisins this is not a place for you. Unlike other tea houses you can normally select fried, scrambled or sunny side up eggs... again not allowed either. This scrambled egg was firm but moist enough although not very tasty either.
The satay noodles was mediocre, noodles had a nice texture served with an average satay sauce.
Other than the spillage on the drink - overall a nice Ying yang, can’t complain.
I just wished they tried to be better with their food - but I guess you can’t complain for such a cheap price right?
