I have been to Nam Kee for more than 15 years, as I lived In Aberdeen when young. Now they increased a lot of branches and one of the latest in Tsim Sha Tsui.I ordered spring roll, beef ball and cuttlefish ball, together with rice noodles. Beef ball and cuttlefish ball had not really strong taste but they were chewy. The noodles cook well as it was not too soft.
