火車頭越南餐室 (已結業)

I went to this once famous locomotive Vietnamese restaurant in wan chai. Their cooking is now very bad. Soup for the pho not hot, just warm, the rice was badly cooked, soaky, I hated them. Told the woman there, they said give them a chance the chef is new. I asked why I'm paying to train their chef. She was speechless. And at the end they charge me full price. I'll not go back
