I love their soy sauce chicken, stir-fried XO-sauce razor clam and steamed garlic shrimp rice wrapped in lotus leave. However, the chef'd left and opened his own restaurant along Mercury Street. I tried to post a feedback there but couldn't find a record for this newly opened restaurant called Hoi Hing.
