I had dinner here with my family last month. We had a set dinner arranged. The food and service were great with the staff recommending a wine pairing for the dinner, but the dish that stood out to us was the 富贵鸡. Instead of covering with mud like the traditional method, they used bread to cover the chicken. They also were very meticulous and considerate to diners by removing all the bones from the chicken prior to serving. It was very well done, and we will be coming back to have it again.
