Tried this joint as it was new, they specialize in cart noodles.The menu has English and Chinese, the Chinese is a little complicated and looks like an MTR map!!Had the signature dumplings with truffle and it was awful, the old oil taste was more over powering than the truffle which then tasted like nasty petrol with the truffle from the dumplings!The cart noodle broth was literally tasteless but luckily they gave me the Nissin instant noodle soup powder in case I needed it.I didn't use it in t

The signature Chinese radish and Beef rib was disappointing, the radish was again just boiled radish and the beef rib was a bit old.
My last hope was the spicy duck blood which as you can see is just duck blood jelly topped with chili paste on top of radish!
Other places serve it in Spicy delicious sauce not boiled Duck's blood and then topped with chili paste.
If I knew there was radish in this dish I would have picked something else instead for the cart noodles.
The only thing that was good was the freshly squeezed corn juice that they claimed was freshly squeezed.
It tasted natrual with a slight savoriness from the sweetcorn.
