My fav among the 3 appetisers
It’s all spicy and sour
Extremely mouth watering
-Cherry Foie Gras
A cute pinkish red ball
Filled with gamey foie gras
SOUP
-Double-boiled Pork Ball with Crab Roe and Dried Shrimp Roe
Am always overwhelmed with pork ball
But this one is surprisingly soothing and light
The crab roe and Dried Shrimp Roe has not overpowered the pork
Fat from the pork is also well balanced
MAIN COURSE
-Steamed Hairy Crab (5 tael)
Best timing for the male version
meats are tender and sweet, roe sumptuous and buttery
-Pan-fried Premium Scallop with Caviar and Rattan Pepper Sauce (Mild Spicy)
The scallop is cooked perfectly
Definitely an umami bomb
