We were so pumped checking out this restaurant where you can catch your own shimps, barbarque it right after than hand peeled the shimps, dip into the sauce and savour it straight away, so they must be fresh and bouncy, and they really are. Part of the fun to dine in the restaurant is that you can catch your owns shimps alive. Part of the fun to dine in the restaurant is that you can catch your owns shimps alive. Next to your table, there is this tank with shimps and you gotta scoop the shimps up, put them into a ice bucket to numb the shimps so they wont prance around before you put them on the table top grill.
Apart from the fresh shimps, there are other seafood, meats and veggetables available. Dessert items werent alot, but they are all the very best, including coconut and durain ice creams, mango sticky rice, fresh pineapple and water melon.
Final note, I would like to give compliment to the young guy with dyed golden hair who I think is the receptionist, manager and usher altogther. He showed great hospitabily and made our dinning experience a notch up. Also, the Indian assistant in the restaurant who helped us with the grilling the abalones and taking pictures for us in different camera angles. Thank you so much!
All in all, not only the meal was delectable, it rolled back all the good Thail nostalgia.
