Lunch for 2. Seated next to the window. Didn’t really like the Set lunch ($688 pp) so went for the a la carte menu. Server noted that we would be able to order dim sum by piece. Here’s what we had.Complimentary walnuts 酥皮煽鲍汁海参柚皮- a surprisingly complementary combination; puff pastry was done perfectly, 柚皮 was a bit bitter tho. 原只鲍鱼鸡粒酥- abalone was tender; pastry was just right. 松露鲜菌蒸粉果
黑豚肉松露煎葱花虾米肠粉- no good. Couldn’t taste freshness of the pork at all. Just a lingering bitter taste.

淮山杞子醉鸡饺- interesting. Taste of alcohol was just right.
Latte.
In summary: interesting selection of dim sum. Mixture of hits and misses. Excellent service tho.
