Dim sum--点心--is food that touches the heart. In the case of Pearl Delight, JC Group's flagship Cantonese restaurant, it really did. Pearl Delight's interior was really screaming Asian contemporary--light, clean, minimalistic. We were promptly seated and served our tea, then chose eight items from the bilingual menu because we're Fat Kids Forever and proud of it. So there you have it. We spent $424, thanks mostly to the roast goose, and left with big smiles on our faces. This is the best dim sum you'll find outside of the Michelin Guide--actually, does Pearl Delight have a Michelin star? Probably should, just sayin'.
