My husband and I came here on the new year eve , hoping to enjoy a hot cup of chocolate in the afternoon, and maybe a few slices of tarts. This was not our first time to the restaurant so we knew what we wanted, but we were very disappointed with the service we had today. The crew was particularly slow. The restaurant was only half full at around 2pm, we waited at the door for a few minutes before we were able to catch someone's attention to take our temperature before going in. The waitress told us which table to use without bringing us there, and simply left us there without leaving us any menu. We asked for one, but she pretended not hearing us. So we headed to the counter to pick up our own menu. Not to mention the menu QR code on the table didn't work at all. We tried 2 of our phones to test.

We picked what we wanted and asked the waitress to take our order. She said she would come back to help, but at the end she served 3 other tables without coming back to us. All the interactions we had with her was rather rude. She never smiled throughout our whole interaction nor felt apologetic for their inefficient services.

We had no choice but to pack our stuff and leave the restaurant. When we stood up, she finally came and said that she was really busy. Again, there was no apology at all. Such inefficient and impolite service was not expected at all at such a high-end shopping mall. We ended up having our afternoon tea at another cafe in the same mall, having a completely different experience. We probably won't come back again for at least short period of time.

Suggestion to the restaurant: please improve the customer service of your team. Regardless how good your food is or how prime your location is, a poor level of customer service doesn't encourage more business.
