My first try of this restaurant and of any vegetarian restaurant in Hong Kong as it's a holiday and i don't feel like cooking at home for myself.    Decor rather simple and dated, old waiters quite friendly, food tastes fine and the portion size is very generous.  I had the mushroom boiled soup - clear consomme type with various slices of mushrooms, lotus seeds etc.  delicious!Ginger fried sweet potato leaves also very appealing in the healthy green and taste good too, though i suspect some addi

My first try of this restaurant and of any vegetarian restaurant in Hong Kong as it's a holiday and i don't feel like cooking at home for myself.    Decor rather simple and dated, old waiters quite friendly, food tastes fine and the portion size is very generous.  

I had the mushroom boiled soup - clear consomme type with various slices of mushrooms, lotus seeds etc.  delicious!
Ginger fried sweet potato leaves also very appealing in the healthy green and taste good too, though i suspect some addition of msg as it tasted just too good; a piping hot claypot stew of "lamb" was full of flavour and texture also spot on;  my bowl of plain unrefined rice provided a healthy option to go with the dishes.  I ended up putting half in my lunch box for tomorrow.  

Could come back to try other dishes next time, but preferably with friends.
