My parents asked to meet up for dinner, and since it has been a long while, we suggested to go Sham Tseng Chan Kee Roasted Goose for dinner. It was located at Sham Tseng, an area known for having roasted goose. Roasted goose - It was very juicy and oily, and the skin was roasted till crispy and thin in texture.
Steamed grouper fish - It was steamed till soft and smooth, and was fresh as well. It was huge in portion, and the meat was easy to break off from the bone.
Steamed scallops with vermicelli - Vermicelli was smooth and chewy, and scallops was steamed till flavourful and chewy, as garlic was added onto it.
Glutinous rice with steamed prawns - Glutinous rice was cooked till fragrant and chewy, and steamed prawns were fresh and chewy too.
After we have finished our meal, they served us a big pot of sweet potato soup, free of charge. It was sweet and clear, and sweet potato was really sweet and chewy.
