We were patrons at the outlet in Tsim Sha Tsui. Aircon dripped on son’s head. After asking to change to another table, staff did not apologize and just asked us to change the side of the table. When asking staff to change to a certain table, staff refused my request and asked us to go to another table (can live with that). When asking staff to change to a certain table, staff refused my request and asked us to go to another table (can live with that). When I asked the staff to help me carry my coffee from the previous table to the new table, he carried it holding his fingers on the rim - when I asked him to change it to another one, he gave me a rude attitude and made some comments to the kitchen about it.
Such Service is unacceptable. The female staff had very good attitude. One of the male staff (with blond hair) were rather rude.
