为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

considering $638 per head dinner buffet. the food quality is completely unacceptable n low. oysters /crabs seafood are not fresh.hot dish nothing interesting.even the salad is not fresh n dry !the cold seafood crab is salty but not natural sea water taste but believed adding salt only. the cheese lobster also forget about it. in general, it is terrible. turkey n roast beef also too dried.! the ok one is Movenpick ice cream.Really disappointed.
