Tipsy Restaurant & Bar is a new fusion restaurant in Tai Hang. It is located in the corner (near the temple). You need to take the lift to 1/F, with direction signage you can easily find the lift. Happy hour lovers, 5pm-8pm buy 1 get 1 free! There are outdoor and indoor seating...we sat indoor. If it wasn't because I'm not feeling well and windy...I would choose outdoor seating.  Generous portion of sakura shrimps that covers every part of the spaghetti. The sakura shrimps is crunchy and gave the spaghetti a nice chewy texture. There's barely any sauce and it is relatively dry.
