Good cook, making ordinary dishes extraordinary. The fish was just made to its best in which the meat taste and tenderness were served well.The 胜瓜 melon dish was exceptional too. The cook boiled it in a quite unique way that both the taste and texture were not the same to any previous dishes.The crabs were steam cooked the basic way. Good cook time control I would say.The lounge chair is a bit tight for people weighting over 180 lbs 😆Anyway, will come again soon.
