I ordered the 四宝面. It comes with 4 ingredients — pig intestine, pig skin, pig blood, and radish. You can pick the noodle type, adjust the spicy level, and add other toppings, just like many other noodle places. If you don’t know what to get, I think this is a good choice.

For $56, I think it’s really worth it. The size is good, and the toppings sufficient. I ordered 小辣, but honestly, I thought it was already quite spicy, so be warned.
