My wife called me suddenly to ask me to pack some meat back home, thus i just went to a nearby roasted meat restaurant. 陈记烧腊饭店 was located at reclamation street, couple of minutes walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR.They are a traditional roasted meat store, with all types of assorted meat displayed on their glass window in front of the stall. Roasted pork - The skin was crispy and the meat contained some lean fats in between, thus it was juicy and chewy. Mustard sauce was provided to enhance the taste.
