It was my first time to visit Morton's. We came here for birthday celebration so I reserved the window seat in advance. Arrived around 7pm and the tables almost fully occupied... Seems many people came here for birthday/anniversary celebration. We ordered Steak and lobster set and the oysters for share. After taking order, the bread came first. Onion Bread Tasted really good and the butter was nice. Lobster Bisque For starter, we chose lobster

Tasted really good and the butter was nice.
Lobster Bisque
For starter, we chose lobster bisque.
The lobster flavor was ok and texture was so creamy...
A small piece of lobster meat in the soup.
1/2 Dozen oyster on the half-shell

The menu didn't mention the origin of the oyster.
The oysters were fresh and salty, quite good.
It came with different sauces..
Bone-in Ribeye (Set main dish +$600)

We ordered medium rare and it was perfectly cooked.
The flavor of the beef was normal, not strong... and the seasoning was very light.
Though they served the salt and pepper on table..
But maybe the staff could do it better if they asked whether we need mustard..
The steak itself was soft and not chewy at all.

Different from the steak, the seasoning of the lobster was very strong and salty.
The lobster was not fresh lobster I think so that's why they put strong seasoning.
Jumbo Asparagus (Set side dish)

The jumbo size Asparagus was nice with good seasoning and sauce.
The portion actually was quite ok though two of us shared one.

Hmm...
Definitely the Crème brûlée with strongest vanilla taste in my life...
Not that sweet.. but not my cup of tea...
So much vanilla seed inside...
For birthday celebration, they served a free Soufflé.
Thanks for the free dessert but the taste was just normal.
Can't expect too much, right?
