Arrived the restaurant around 12 noon on Sunday to see full house. Fortunately it only took us 10 minute waiting for a table. Instead of picking dimsum from the trolleys we decided to go for the a la carte menu. We ordered the roasted goose for starter and the fried noodle with shredded chicken and bean sprouts. Frankly the roasted goose was only acceptable but the braised beans with oyster sauce as side dish was surprisingly good. We ended up finishing it all up. The fried noodle was much bett
At last we picked the stuffed fish maw with shrimp paste rather than dessert. We have no regret for this choice.
