We hosted a private birthday party here and the owner was very creative and prepared fabulous dishes for our party of 12 ppl according to our budget and food preferences!As Food Expressions is in soft opening stage, we had the whole restaurant that evening and their staff were very attentive and provided great service to us which is so rare nowadays in casual dining settings. As Food Expressions is in soft opening stage, we had the whole restaurant that evening and their staff were very attentive and provided great service to us which is so rare nowadays in casual dining settings.
The dishes were served one by one, with ample time in between for us to enjoy the food and not feel rushed. Ingredients were fresh and prepared with various techniques like sous vide, reverse searing, braising, deep frying, steaming etc and execution was flawless and the food was hot and had fantastic taste!
