If you ever hit up the Tai Po Market food court, you should check out this joint. All they serve are noodles and fish balls/fish cakes and they're damn tasty. $16 for a bowl - not exactly big portions but the noodles are particularly smooth, the fish balls/cakes definitely taste like fish and not some rubbery junk. One word of warning though - the service sucks big time. They're arrogant and really don't give a F about service. Still, people put up with it and are willing to loiter around waitin
