There’s been quite a few changes in HK restaurant scene. This one just opened a few weeks ago. The restaurant looks modern and clean, perfect casual dinning with friends. Music is a little loud, but good beat and vibe. We were seated not too far from the kitchen, so we could see all the chefs in action. There were just two of us which limited our choices to only try a couple items today. We ordered grilled season vegetables, but the waiter entered the wrong dish and we received grilled
There were just two of us which limited our choices to only try a couple items today.
We ordered grilled season vegetables, but the waiter entered the wrong dish and we received grilled asparagus. The manager was nice to offer to change it and make it right, but we didn’t want to waste food and end up keeping it. The asparagus turned out really good. Very fresh and soft to eat.

Hot Salami Pizza
Pizza came second and the sauce and crust was good. The toppings was generous.

Lobster Tagliatelle
Freshly made pasta was cooked with just the right length of time, chewy and not mushy. However, the pasta would be nicer if it was a bit more flavourful. Seems like the lobster flavour hasn’t been maximise by the chef.

Last, but not least, the dessert~~~
Tiramisu. I thought the portion was good, but the cream was very dense, so it feels very heavy.

Overall, I would go back again with more friends once the restriction loosen up a bit.
