Last Thursday I had a big meal with my friends in Lan Kwai Fong, the restaurant was awesome and I would love to share the great experience with you all!The restaurant located in Lan Kwai Fong Tower, Lily is kind of a club for drinking while Blooms served meal. Here are the dishes we had in Blooms. The staff served us baked bread after we ordered. I love the Portobello carpaccio, this is made by marinated nagasaki egg yolk, truffle vinaigrette and pecorino. The portobello were very thin that each piece can dip the truffle sauce fully, the portobellos are very soft that seems it can melt on my tongue.

Whole grilled market fish, this is from a local fish monger, with chunky avacado salsa verde, purple carliflower, crispy ham and squash blossom sauce. The fish was very smooth and meat tastes soft. I love dipping it with the sauce as it made the fish tasted more fresh.

Grilled and chilled abalone brought us a huge surprise. It is made by cranberry miso, spicy yuzu vinaigrette and shiso, better mix with Les perrierss magnum Bourgogne blanc from Franch. First the design is so cute that the abalone is placed on cobbles which it looked natural and wild. The sauce was the best match it could bring a good taste to the abalone but also kept its fresh.

Mad hatter can be divided to four servings. That was four pillars gin, early grey, sipsmith summer card, cardamom, lemon, rhubarb and vanilla. The alcohol level was not very high but it was a good drink if you want to chill with your friends. Also it was served by a "tea pot" and looked lovely! Good try!!
