DISHES:
🍤🥩Tempura prawn & wagyu beef donburi - one of the new items, beef is juicy & tender (done medium), the tempura batter is light & not so oily but can be more crispy. Sauce used for the rice is quite sweet and compliments the ingredients well 👍🏻
🦐🍚 Sea blessed sashimi donburi - pretty good value for the portion you get. If you want it your way, there’s create your own by picking any 3 types or more sashimi. All comes with homemade miso soup & jap seaweed salad 😌
🐟Bake salted salmon head - subject to availability, yellow tail (油甘鱼) head is also available. Slightly on the salty side for Pan, use lemon & rice from don to balance the flavour. Quite a sizeable piece & tasty nonetheless. Not a must order
