I am eating dinner alone tonight and having craving for ramen, I suddenly think of 一盛极牛. It was located at Kimberly Road, in between of Tsim Sha Tsui and Jordan MTR. Their menu was simple and straight-forward, offering just beef ramen and beef donburi. For their beef ramen, there is 2 types of soup base. Calpis - It is sweet, slightly milky and slight acidic flavour. It was refreshing too, taste quite similar to yakult. Beef ramen - I ordered two servings of beef - one with broil and one raw. Th

Beef ramen - I ordered two servings of beef - one with broil and one raw. The serving was huge, with generous servings of sprouts, black fungus, bamboo shoots and red pepper etc. Soft boiled egg was very soft and smooth, with the egg yolk very lava. Ramen was chewy too, not overly soft. Soup was tasty as well, not too thick either.
