According to me this Bakery has 3 items that is unbeatable:Nougat ($20/ small pack)Coconut roll ($4.5)Walnut cookie (3 for $10)Nougat is possibly the best I ever have in HK. It is loaded with peanut, have the right texture (not too hard), and not too sweet. Lately it is always sold out. Nougat is possibly the best I ever have in HK. It is loaded with peanut, have the right texture (not too hard), and not too sweet. Lately it is always sold out. One time I have to queue for 20 minutes.
Unlike most other bakery, the Coconut roll here has thinner layer, and the shop is very generous with the dissicated coconut that spread in between the layers. One of the best in HK.
The Walnut cookie is very crumbly. It is not too sweet and full of flavour.
This place is closing down soon due to urban renewal (another "master project" from our dear government ). What a pity! So one really have to hurry!
