I’m a big fan of cream puff. Passed by Central Market and saw AW patisserie selling some indulgent cream puff. The texture of puffs’ outer shell is light and crispy, stuffings inside are generally dense and rich. I personally like the chestnut one most. Chestnut cream was sweet, buttery, and soft. Mochi inside was stretchy.

Super rich sicilian pistachio mochi puff is another must-try item. Although I'm not a fan of pistachio, the stuffing still surprised me. It was mildly sweet, nutty and earthy.

Overall the puffs are all delicious. They might be a bit pricey but sometimes you need some good treats to reward yourself! Also, there are many flavours for you to choose from so I think it's a good choice for farewell treats too!
