Japanese puff is definitely one of my favourite desserts of all time! My favourite part of Beard Papa is that you can see the process of squeezing cream into the puff and adding icing sugar on top of the puffright in front of you. The puff, which is crunch yet soft inside, comes perfect with the cream. This time I chose the original flavour, which gave a strong milk flavour. Sometimes, there is new and special flavour, so do check it regularly.
