This is one of the most popular stalls in this residental complex famous for its cheap eats and I was intrigued since they served one of my favorite local food - cart noodles! With so many choices to choose from, it was hard to decide but you get plenty of time to do so while in line. I don't like ordering verbally though as you get intense pressure from the people behind if you can't make decisions quick enough so I'd prefer picking items on paper like my favorite place Sun Kee in Causeway Bay.

I ended up choosing the basic 3 item cart noodle for $30 with pig blood, pig intestine and gizzard and thick oil noodle.
Unfortunately the broth was quite disappointing as it wasn't flavorful enough and there didn't seem to be an option to add spicy sauce to it unlike Sun Kee. I was most impressed with the pig blood as it was very soft to eat but other than that, this was just a very oily bowl of noodles.
