It was a very late dinner but we made it. Two things about service, polite and quick. They were patient to wait for us as we chose. Professional in taking the order and also presentation was good even as it was at the end of the night for them.We ordered slow-cooked pork sauce on rice and on noodles. It was nice and hearty. I loved the additional egg on the side. The noodles were cooked al dente. The sauce added all the flavour it needed to complement the noodles. On the side was basil flavoured
We ordered slow-cooked pork sauce on rice and on noodles. It was nice and hearty. I loved the additional egg on the side. The noodles were cooked al dente. The sauce added all the flavour it needed to complement the noodles. On the side was basil flavoured fried eggplant. It was a bit oily but not lacking in flavours. It had a balance of spicy and tang from chilli and the ginger. Lastly was the popcorn chicken, it was a wonderful addition. Just loved it. We also had their famous Taiwanese bubble tea. It had a strong tea flavour without being too sweet.
We finished nicely satisfied.
