We’re here at Goodin’ Out, a cute Korean-style cafe located in Tai Kok Tsui. ☕️🇰🇷 Pic 1️⃣: 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐞 - $80 hkd 🍓— A seasonal special. The croffle had a nice crispy exterior to it whilst the inside was quite pillowy soft. The strawberry flavours were strong and had a good balance of sweetness and acidity. — Pretty unique drink but personally think it could be further refined. This is a non-coffee based drink, instead, it’s prepared using a blend of 17-Korean mixed grains which gives it a very strong nutty, earthy profile to it. It’s essentially like a cup of blended oats. The flavours are unique with the addition of honey to further elevate its flavours, and the sweet and chewy mochi on top for added texture. However, the drink has quite a lot of sediment and its quite goopy towards the end.

— Not bad but nothing extraordinary. The chocolate flavours are not super rich but the drink itself is perfectly sweetened and smooth.
