Came here for lunch as I saw it was new and I was curious. It appeared to serve Korean and I haven't had Korean in quite some time.The place was very plain looking with a few cartoon like drawings on the wall.I was given a lunch menu. Lunch menu wasn't very expensive. All under $100 and included a drink. I was told the by the waitress that the short ribs with rice is really good today so I ordered that.While waiting, I noticed they have some sort of K-pop unplugged music thing on Friday and Satu

While waiting, I noticed they have some sort of K-pop unplugged music thing on Friday and Saturday nights and Wednesday nights women get a free drink.
My red bean drink came. It was a lot of milk that was SUPER sweet. Actually, the whole drink was SUPER sweet.
While scooping away at my red beans, I noticed something white moving around. I scooped out some mini rice cakes. Chewy. I liked it more than the drink itself.
The braised short ribs came with a bowl of rice and a Korean fishcake. The Korean fishcake tasted more like flour. It wasn't very good. There was a lot of rice given but it was mushy. Obviously way too much water added to the rice cooker. The short ribs was the worst of all. The sauce just tasted like sugar. The short ribs weren't really short ribs but actually beef brisket. It was worse than food court Korean.
The place was really noisy. Service was fine but the customers were extremely noisy. I don't feel it was good as I was paying restaurant prices for food that was worse than Korean food court. Won't return.
