The pho was of a commendable; Large amounts of meat (considering it’s a mix of beef, beef shank, and chicken), noodles were of a fair amount, and the soup base was quite tasty.
However, the rice paper rolls were a different story. I could only use one word to describe them: Bland. It wasn’t until I bit into the shrimp did I finally taste something while my second piece I dipped fully into the fish sauce (the typical Vietnamese sauce).
Likewise, the spring rolls were comparable to the rice paper in terms of taste.
The pineapple rice was a great improvement after the spring rolls. It tasted decent and had lots of shrimp hidden within.
Now the environment; The restaurant was designed to provide a cozy feeling while being able to seat a large amount of customers (and when I say cozy, it doesn’t mean crowded). The serving staff were also very pleasant; following all food orders and especially nice towards the elderly (to my grandparents for the short time I was there).
Overall, I would say this restaurant is good for individual meals (i.e. pho, rice) while leaving the snacks to share.
