當文歷餅店 by Dominique Ansel (已結業)

Cronuts are the signature pastries of Dominique Ansel but they aren't sold as regular items in the Hong Kong stores. Recently, their cronuts have returned.Its the first time I went to their Central Store.I remember the previous year their Cronut was a bit too sweet but this year their filling was Mango and Pomelo. The tarty filling balanced the sweetness of the cronut quite well, though I still think less sugar is needed on top.
