Serendipitously, I walked into Prince Edward MTR station through another exit and I saw this “buy 3 get 3 free” promotion. I normally won’t even pay attention to this cookie shop for I think they charge too much for a piece of cookie. I know what you might be thinking, yes the cookies are freshly baked for the day, no preservatives and whatnot but personally I still hold the conviction that their prices are little over my budget. Although there weren’t too many options left to choose from, I still managed to hold onto the ones I was more familiar with. Six of the cookies were packed nicely in a cute little transparent bag and I was really fond over them. I expected them to come in small individual bags but I guess they don’t do that for this big scale. Though, my advice is “just remember to ask!”.
A great majority of the cookies I bought were heavy on chocolate and without second thought, they are always the best flavour in my opinion. I like how Mrs. Fields is constantly keeping up with the trend by experimenting with different flavours and textures, such as the chewy cinnamon cookie - that is always a preferred flavour of mine. Can’t believe I munched on almost half the bag from the get-go ! This crazy sale is such a bad-ass bargain!
