We stumbled across this great little restaurant after ending our hike in Sai Kung one evening. Such a lovely and cozy restaurant ran by a wonderful couple, Sing and Ling. They were very friendly and shared with us their story on how the restaurant started. It became obvious where the restaurant name was derived from - their names combined! We ordered Singaling's Special Salad (HK$180), Crispy Fried Squid (HK$160), Mama's Boy Meat Pizza (HK$180), Singaling's Sizzling Fajitas with Shrimp (HK$240)

Food came in big portions. Excellent value for the quality and quantity. We especially enjoyed the Special Salad with a big piece of grilled barramundi, fresh mango bits and an appetizing dressing. Very pleasant dinner. Check it out if your in the neighborhood!
Dinner for 3 people (with a bottle of wine) was : HK$950
Also, they provide mosquito repellent by the door for guests. Very thoughtful!
