This place is worth a special trip (exactly what I did yesterday afternoon). I was told by my friend about this local place in Tsuen Wan. They make all their dumplings on site. Also sell all kinds of noodles. I went around 3pm and was told all shrimp dumplings were sold out already ..... So I bought pork/chive and pork/ mushroom dumplings. They come in either 15 or 30. I bought 15 each. Once I got home, I cooked the dumplings for about 5 minutes and they were amazing!!! Definitely a hidden gem !

The dumpling skins were silky and held their shape. Each dumpling was stuffed with a generous portion of loosely packed ground pork and chives. The seasoning was the best amongst all the pork chives dumplings I have tried in HK/China. The pork/mushroom dumplings were also very good. I could taste the Chinese mushroom in each dumpling and aroma of the mushroom was intense.
I also bought a pan fried pork/chive pancake. The lady pan fried about 10 at a time and they were pipping hot. The outside was nicely browned and inside stuffed with chives and ground pork.
