I was attracted to this restaurant because it was mysteriously called fingerprint.One of the menus is invisible so I wonder if it needs UV light or something forensical to make it appear.Anyway, it turns out to be Japanese and Western fusion with quite a few courses and a choice of mains for dinner which ranges from $180-$240.For mains I chose chicken which was the cheapest and it also tasted good.Here was what I had:+++Appetizers:A nice sample of prawns, burdock and foie gras.++++Salad:A refres
One of the menus is invisible so I wonder if it needs UV light or something forensical to make it appear. Anyway, it turns out to be Japanese and Western fusion with quite a few courses and a choice of mains for dinner which ranges from $180-$240. For mains I chose chicken which was the cheapest and it also tasted good.
Here was what I had:
+++
Appetizers: A nice sample of prawns, burdock and foie gras.
++++
Salad: A refreshing salad with light sesame dressing topped with crabmeat.
++++
Mains: Roast chicken The chicken was good, it was tender and juicy with a nice roasted skin that was flavoured nicely.
++++
Rice and noodles: I liked the stir fried pasta which was loaded with roe. The soup came with the rice and the teapot design is really good because the lid is actually a bowl. Inside was clear light broth infused with seafood.
++++
Dessert: For dessert we finished with this warabi mochi which had osmanthus flowers in it, so there was a fragrant flowerly taste to it ++++
