- Fish🐟was Tender & Succulent, not Fishy at all caused Fresh Coriander🌿Diced Sweet Pepper to Stuffed in the Fish
- Fish Skin was not in a Crispy style, the Deep-Fried Garlic🧄Powder on top doesn't has a strong taste. Just a slight hint which kept the consistency of the Pleasant & Umami Flavors
- Diced Chorizo🐷successfully enhanced the dish as it gave a pleasant meaty oil & savoury flavor
- Mushroom🍄were tender & successfully absorbed the delicious sauce and elevated its own taste
- Black Olive🫒was a Canned one, not much olive flavor, with artificial savouriness only
- the Clams were Fresh, Tender, Succulent & Umami. Perfectly Cooked. Just 1 Clam contains sand

- the Diced Chorizo🐷doesn't give a strong flavor
- Veggies were Crunchy & Tasty. Cherry Tomato🍅Cabbage, Onion🧅Chinese Kale & Mushrooms🍄were fresh
- Canned Babycorn gives an artificial bitterness, very slight but still unpleasant
- Canned Black Olive🫒tasted mediocre

- a shopping mall kind resto service. Fast but not classy
- When I asked whether there are any wine serving at the moment, the staff said we only have beers. And after I found there were 2 whole pages on wine selection laterwards, I doubt whether I should say "Wine"
- The dishes were served in a slow manner, which I was being told when the host was walking me to the table. For me, I didn't wait for a long time for the fish, around 20 minutes only. But the table next to me had waited for 1 hour for the Pork Knuckle and said that the bone was cold
