麺匠 真武咲弥 (已搬遷) 新店位置

This compact restaurant sells miso-based soup ramen. The location is great and perfect for a quick meal. The miso soup was rich and would warm you up on a cold day. They used a think noodle type which is not my preference but it went nicely with the soup. Overall, a good meal. However, Wan Chai is a competitive area for Ramen and there are other places in the area I prefer.
