Ok so Cantonese cuisine is not the best Chinese cuisine, but those dishes were just awful. Either no taste at all or super fishy and slimy. Nononothere are way better daipaidongs in Hong Kong that actually try. Their BBQ meats were ok I guess, but just when compared with the rest of BS
