Soup Day delivers nutritious Doubled Boiled Soup (原盅炖汤) to the busy HKers at fingertips. The quality of soup was pretty good and it was MSG free. I like the taste and texture, yet there was just a little dried fish maw (花胶) and no peach resin (桃胶) in my soup, which improvements could be made. There were also a wide selection of dim sum, hand crafted drinks, rice and organic vegetables to go with the soup.
