Enjoyed a lunch at a “Three Michelin Stars” Restaurant in Wanchai named “Bo Innovation” which is located on 1st floor at Ship Street serving “Old School Modern” fusion dishes. Great ambience and excellent services with servers explaining details for each course. Very impressive !! I can watch the chef doing the finishing touches through the semi open kitchen. Enjoyed a lunch at a “Three Michelin Stars” Restaurant in Wanchai named “Bo Innovation” which is located on 1st floor at Ship Street serving “Old School Modern” fusion dishes. Great ambience and excellent services with servers explaining details for each course. Very impressive !! I can watch the chef doing the finishing touches through the semi open kitchen. Starting with the delicious Chinese Egg Waffles with spring onions & iberico ham; then followed by the signature dish, caviar, crispy taro, smoked quail egg, extremely yummy. Salad with hokkaido corn
cauliflower, pinenut, "pat chun" vinegar, unbelievably match with the vinegar. Scallops sashimi with hokkaido scallop
shanghainese “jolo”, sugar snap peas, lemon, the wine “jolo” brings out the superb taste for the scallops. Fried vermicelli with iberico ham, morel mushroom, black truffles, fusion delicious food. Brittany lobster wonton, tartare, har mi oil, semi dried tomato, black truffles, the taste of the lobster tartare is excellent.
The “Cheung Fun” with a3 saga-gyu beef,black truffle sauce & first press superior soy, brings back lots of old school memories, of course, this is a old school modern fusion dish. Overall , I’m extremely satisfied with the ambience, the food quality, the design of each dishes and the service.
