One of my favorite Ramen restuarants to visit. I come maybe 2-3 times a month. The prices are fair, the quality of the Ramen is great! And they have a "special" ramen to feature once a month.I always try to taste their monthly specials. I was particularly pleased with the oyster Ramen. The oysters were fresh, sweet and tasty!I usually get their cheese-filled fish sticks each time I go. The dumplings: I have almost tried all 4 types they offer. I like the original one but wished that the sauce provided was more vinegary but that's just me. I have also tried their cabbage/salad dressing type and the takoyaki style.
I recommend for the noodles, always get them harder so that you can have a nice bite and chew! (and they will eventually get softer as the Ramen soaks in the broth)
If you are in Jordan area, do check this place out! Great little gem of a restuarant!
