I’ve always been a huge fan of Shanghai food, especially their pan-fried bun and XiaoLongBao. After returning from Shanghai few months ago, I’ve been searching for the best place for pan-fried buns for a while. Little did I know that there’s a michelin star Cheung Hing Kee located just 20 mins from where I live and I swear to God, they really do have THE BEST pan-fried buns in town.
