It is hard to find high quality steak in Tai Po so I wanted to try this after spotting it on OpenRice. What a great experience; the chef is really superb and the ingredients are all top quality. The charcoal oven really makes the steak delicious! But my favorite dish of the evening was the King Salmon with Tiger prawn. The sauce was heavenly, it was cooked nice and pink to perfection, not dry or over cooked! Also highly recommend the duck leg confit which is served with mashed potatoes and veggi
